Capture

To produce three images from the requested viewpoints for the planning application, we carefully planned the best time of day for each viewpoint to ensure optimal lighting for each elevation.

Model and Texture

Using the model provided by Nicholson Nairn, we created custom textures to closely match the requested finishes. We refined and enhanced the basic shell where it would be visible in the final shots to further push the quality of the visuals.

3D Camera Matching

Using the captured high dynamic range images (HDRs), we then carefully matched the location, elevation, sensor size, and focal length for each viewpoint to ensure accurate results.

Lighting/Life and Post Production

Finally, we ensured that the lighting matched the same conditions as those taken on-site and added window treatments, accessories, and people to the scene to bring the development to life.
